Plans & Billing
How do I upgrade my plan?
You can upgrade at any time from the Pricing page. When upgrading from Free to a paid plan, you’ll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout. When upgrading from Pro to Pro Max, your subscription is updated instantly and you’ll only pay the prorated difference for the remaining billing period.
What happens when I upgrade from Pro to Pro Max?
Your plan changes immediately and you’re charged only the price difference for the remaining days in your current billing period. For example, if you’re halfway through your Pro month (€9.90), you’ll pay only the prorated difference to move to Pro Max (€19.90) for the rest of that period. Your next renewal will be at the full Pro Max price.
How do I downgrade my plan?
You can downgrade from the Pricing page. Unlike upgrades, downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. This means you'll continue to enjoy your current plan's features until your paid period ends, and then your plan will automatically change.
What happens when I downgrade from Pro Max to Pro?
You’ll keep all Pro Max features until the end of your current billing period. On your next renewal date, your plan will automatically switch to Pro and you’ll be charged €9.90/month. There’s no partial refund for the current period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel by selecting the Free plan from the Pricing page. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to Free.
Are there any limits on how often I can change plans?
To prevent abuse, you can only move TO each paid plan once per billing cycle. For example, if you upgrade to Pro and then downgrade, you won't be able to return to Pro until your next billing cycle. Moving to Free is always allowed. This limit resets automatically when your billing period renews.
Features & Limits
What counts towards my chat limit?
Your monthly chat limit (shown as 'Chats / Month' on the pricing page) counts all AI interactions — both questions asked by visitors on your public profile and questions you ask in your dashboard. Each question-answer exchange counts as one chat.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
If you reach your monthly chat limit, your public profile will temporarily stop responding to new questions until the next billing cycle. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit immediately.
What file types can I upload?
Free supports .txt and .md. Pro adds .pdf. Pro Max adds .docx. All files are processed securely to create your AI profile.
How does my public URL work?
Pro and Pro Max users get a readable URL like `https://agereone.com/username`. Free plan users get a URL with a unique hash, like `https://agereone.com/a1b2c3d4e5f6`.
What is 'Lead Capture'?
Lead Capture adds a 'Contact Me' button to your public profile. Pro and Pro Max can view submitted leads in their dashboard. Pro Max also receive instant email notifications.
What is Dashboard Chat?
Dashboard Chat lets you interact with your own AI profile privately. Available on Pro and Pro Max, it's perfect for testing your profile, getting CV optimization suggestions, or preparing for interviews by asking your AI questions about your experience.
Can I customize my AI's personality?
Yes! Pro Max (up to 1,000 characters) can create a custom system prompt to define how your AI responds. You can adjust its tone, focus areas, or add specific instructions. All prompts are validated to ensure they meet our guidelines.
Can I add my LinkedIn profile?
Pro and Pro Max can add a LinkedIn URL to their profile. This appears as a clickable button on your public profile, making it easy for visitors to connect with you professionally.
When do my monthly limits reset?
All monthly limits (chats, uploads) reset on the 1st of each calendar month, regardless of when you signed up or when your billing cycle renews. This makes it easy to track your usage throughout the month.

Is my data secure?
Absolutely. Your uploaded documents are processed securely and never shared with third parties. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest.
How do I get started?
Sign up for a Free account to get started immediately. Upload your CV or professional document, and your AI profile will be created automatically. You can then share your public profile link with others or upgrade to access more features like dashboard chat and lead capture.

How do I contact support?
You can create a support ticket directly from your Profile page by clicking the 'New Ticket' button. Choose a category, describe your issue, and our team will respond as soon as possible. You'll receive email notifications when we reply.
Where can I view my support tickets?
All your support tickets are visible on your Profile page under the 'Support Tickets' section. You can view ticket status, read replies from our team, and continue the conversation by adding replies directly in the ticket detail view.
